An inflatable Sumo wrestling suit
Orange face paint
Bald cap

Put on sumo suit, and inflate.
Cover the bald cap and your face with orange paint.
Sneak up behind people, wobble about conspiculously, then slap them as they drink their carbonated orange beverage! Hopefully all accompanied by someone narrating the events in a geordie accent.

The fat, bald, orange man from the Tango adverts (see YouTube), that made everyone slap their school-friends round the face when I was a kid, making the advert banned and infamous. YOU KNOW WHEN YOU'VE BEEN TANGO'D!
