Description:

long coat – leather is good;
bags under eyes optional but nice effect;
a variety of plastic arms;
plastic gun incase people are that slow;

Raid your friends’ younger siblings’ old – current if you have no conscience – toy boxes and remove arms from any dolls – twisting method is best (i did this when i grew out of my barbies);
attach by sewing or sticking in rows on inside of coat;
spend the majority of the party wandering up to anyone who hasn’t made enough of a fancy dress effort – fling open coat and offer your wares;
smile chillingly.
WARNING: You probably won’t pull.
