Description:

Many Many ribbons of all different colours
A length of elastic to go around your waist
leggings of any colour
top matching leggings
colourful slip on shoes

Tie each of the ribbons to the length of elastic.
Tie more ribbons into your hair, you could thread them through plaits or make a long string of them and wrap them around your head.
Paint your face with colours and go do some rainbow raving…
