Description:

You’ll need:

- three large sheets of thick yellow card
- a LOT of duck tape
- A couple of strips of paper, or a hat
- A black sharpie
- scissors
- Some black vinyl

FOR THE HEAD:

Bend two large sheets together and tape them together at a good intersect to form a cylinder. Alternatively you could use one really long sheet.

Draw on a eyes and a nice big smile. Use real lego heads for reference if you feel like getting decorative.

Wrap a sheet of paper around your ( or the wearer’s ) head. Tape it together so it fits snug. Cross two more pieces over this to form a hat.

Using a LOT of duck tape, attach the hat to the centre of the head in a position that allows you to see out the mouth. You’ll need a lot of duck tape and a lot of patience.

FOR THE HANDS:

Take an A4 sheet of yellow paper. Take another piece and truncate it, then tape one end to the larger sheet. Then curve the two round so that the smaller sheet pulls the larger sheet into a curve.

Use tape to get the curve just right. Then hack a hole in the back for your hands.

FOR THE COSTUME:

Use black vinyl to illustrate your t-shirt or sweater.
