BIRTHDAY CAKE
Make two cardboard cylinders to fit round waist with ‘braces’ made of pink ribbon. Cover in brown felt. Line with ‘icing’ (rope). Make candle hat on headband.

BIRTHDAY PRESENT
Make cardboard box to fit on waist. Wrap with shiny paper. Fit with ribbon and bow. Get in and stuff tissue paper around you.

The Birthday Girls wear a birthday present and birthday cake costumes respectively.
