a small picture or appliquee on your bum ( here a rainbow)
a my little pony closely matching your own colours
ribbon

sew or paint the little picture onto the body stocking.
tie the tail to the back
put the pony on a piece of ribbon around your neck
slap on some OTT eye shadow
