www.welovefancydress.com is an online dressing up box. We started
thesite as a way to share the marvellous costume ideas that we English
are so good at creating. Instead of having to rely on the limited
imagination of ready-made costume outfitters?, we wanted to opena
portal to show off the brilliant homemade ideas that make party guests
stop in their tracks, choke on their drinks and swoon in admiration.
You can browse the site for inspiration or better still, upload your
own ideas and inspire others. This way welovefancydress.com’s database
can continue to grow. (Please don’t worry if your costume is another
version of what we have already up, being online there is plenty of
storage room)
As well as using the site for Inspiration we have set up a new
function through which costume creators can be contacted for
commissions. Requests can be made via the “Request” tab and these
messages will be sent to all users who are willing to create. You can
also browse some of the specific costumes which members and designers
are offering to re-make on the Bespoke Costumes page.
Why Fancy Dress?
